Bio
Jared is a native of Boulder, Colorado and a founding partner of Hassan + Cables. He has experience advising and representing clients in a variety of business and corporate matters, including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and securities compliance, loans, contracts and licenses. Jared also specializes in matters involving real estate, including purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, commercial and residential leases, title and due diligence review, commercial and private loans, as well as estate planning, including wills and trust.
In addition to his transactional work, Jared frequently represents clients in disputes and civil litigation stemming from business and real estate matters.
Prior to forming Hassan + Cables, Jared formed and managed Hassan Law Firm, LLC and practiced in a mid-sized downtown Denver law firm. His clients include individuals, businesses, financial institutions, employers, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, developers and non-profit organizations.
Jared strives to provide each of his clients with personalized, high quality and creative representation. In this regard, Jared believes it is paramount to his practice to fully understand each client’s individual needs in order provide the most effective representation.
Jared completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Colorado Law School where he was a Notes and Comments Editor on the Colorado Journal of Environmental and International Law and Policy.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys skiing and snowboarding, golf, basketball, traveling (not in basketball) and spending time with his wife and two children.
