Ryan counsels private companies on transactional and brand management matters and provides legal representation with regard to commercial litigation. Ryan has assisted his clients with trademark applications, IP acquisitions and licensing agreements, partnership, collaboration and joint venture agreements, secured lending arrangements, and real estate leases and acquisitions. Ryan's experience enables him to provides strategic counsel to clients and their management teams on corporate governance, operational and transactional decisions, asset acquisitions, fundraising, employment matters and business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was an associate with the Gstalder Law Firm in Louisville, Colorado. He represented and advised clients in the areas of civil litigation, general business matters, and real estate transactions.

After law school, Ryan worked for the Bringing Justice Home Project at Crossroads Safehouse in Fort Collins, where he provided civil legal representation for domestic violence, sexual assault and dating violence survivors.
