Andrew’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactional law. Andrew frequently assists clients with entity formation and organizational documents, financing and incentive compensation, collaborations and strategic relationships, and various other aspects of day-to-day business operations affecting businesses both new and established. Andrew also focuses heavily on the various specialties comprising real estate law, including purchases and sales of properties, secured lending for both borrowers and lenders, leasing, title work, and other due diligence matters.

Andrew brings a strong business and financial background to the firm that has proved valuable in enabling him to better understand the client's expectations and goals, both from an operational perspective and in the management of ongoing relationships.

Prior to joining the firm and while still in law school, Andrew co-founded a technology startup where he aided the company in obtaining seed funding and developing a successful software application. Andrew's experience as an entrepreneur, as well as his work in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School, inculcated a different perspective and respect for the many roles business owners assume.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys skiing, hiking (when he gets to ski down after), Colorado sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
